Return Policy

At RnR Distribution, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your printer equipment, we are happy to help. Please contact us at support@rnrdist.com

1. Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition. It must also be returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included.
Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used printer cartridges and consumables (e.g., powder, ink).
Printers or equipment that have been customized, installed, or altered.
Items marked as **final sale** or **non-returnable** at the time of purchase.

2. Return Process
Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@rnrdist.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Return Authorization: Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please write the RMA number on the outside of your return package.
Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by customer service. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item arrives safely.

3. **Refunds**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to non-defective returns, unless otherwise specified at the time of return approval.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@rnrdist.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping cost for defective items.

5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different model or replacement, please initiate a return as outlined above, and place a new order for the replacement item.

6. **Non-Returnable Items**
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Opened software
- Used printers or products
